We have built a reputation for delivering bespoke online learning modules that successfully meet the learning outcomes of both the learner and the education provider.
We also have the capability to deliver courses to meet NZQA requirements because we understand the framework, having worked in the tertiary education sector for many years.
Charities
We work with charities, volunteer and youth development organisations to create engaging and accessible training regardless of the geographic location of the learner. We understand the pressure volunteers face, trying to juggle family life, mahi and volunteering. We create our modules to fit around their lives. All our modules take less than 30 minutes to complete, on any device (computer, tablet, laptop or smartphone) at any time. The flexible delivery and time are key priorities for successful training outcomes. We film videos with culturally representative actors to engage the learner, as well as interviewing experts or leaders in the field to provide real-word experiences.
Healthcare providers
Pipi bring our unique knowledge of health care, education, and online learning to create engaging and informative healthcare eLearning. We work with industry partners to develop interactive courses by using their existing material, creating new content or a combination of both. Two of our eLearning developers are health care professionals with broad publishing history, and can work with subject matter experts to create collaborative publishing and reporting opportunities from the module evaluative data. Pipi combine clinical expertise, eLearning development, research and education to create an engaging and informative eLearning experience for health care staff.

Pipi can build online learning modules from existing training materials provided by clients, and we also have the expertise to research and build modules from scratch. We offer flexibility and creativity to all our clients. By providing ongoing evaluation of all our modules using a validated international evaluative methodology, the Kirkpatrick Evaluation Framework, Pipi create incredible learner engagement data, monitor learner satisfaction, and work with clients to ensure that changing learner needs are met. Pipi collaborate with our clients to publish and present this data, often enabling our clients to become experts in eLearning provision in their field.
