Sale and supply of liquor (Licence Controller Qualification, LCQ) (4646 & 16705)
This course is for those working in licensed premises to learn about host responsibility in order to gain the knowledge and complete the assessment required for NZQA unit standards 4646 (Demonstrate knowledge of the Sale and Supply of Alcohol Act 2012 and its implications for licensed premises) and 16705 (Demonstrate knowledge of host responsibility requirements as a duty manager of licensed premises). These standards are required for a licensed premises, which allows the holder to operate any current license anywhere in New Zealand.
