Responding to Emergency Actions in Community Housing (REACH)
The REACH eLearning Series is based around culturally safe and appropriate responses to potentially threatening or aggressive behaviour. This will help you to be able to identify and de-escalate behaviour that could spiral out of control in situations where such behaviour would be a danger to you, the person or any bystanders.
